   Dean of School of Intellectual Property of East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPSL), Doctoral Supervisor, Director of Intellectual Property Research Center, Person in charge of the base of the Supreme People’s Court for judicial protection theory research on intellectual property (ECUPSL), and Person in charge of the base of Competition Enforcement Bureau of State Administration for Industry & Commerce for enforcement and intellectual property theory research (ECUPSL). Concurrently taking the position of Vice President of China Law Association on Science and Technology, Vice President of China Intellectual Property Law Association, Vice President of Intellectual Property Association of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, Deputy Director of Talent Cultivation Committee of China Higher Institution Intellectual Property Research Society. National first batch of leading talents for intellectual property, the first batch of a hundred high-level talents cultivation candidates for “millions of intellectual property talents project”, the first batch of experts of national intellectual property expert database, expert of enterprise overseas intellectual property safeguarding center of Ministry of Commerce, expert of experts consultation committee of the base of the Supreme People’s Court for intellectual property case guidance study (Beijing), excellent young jurist in Shanghai. He published over 10 famous works like Patent Damages in the U.S.: Principles and Cases (2017), and over 60 academic papers, and undertook more than 30 intellectual property subjects study of national social science fund, planning fund of Ministry of Education, State Administration for Industry & Commerce, the Supreme People’s Court, and etc.
