Rowing Teams from Harvard and Other World-famous Universities Pay Visit to NCU

        On the afternoon of July 7, more than 70 people from the world famous school rowing teams such as Harvard University, Cambridge University, Oxford University, University of Sydney, University of British Columbia, Boston University, and University of Tokyo visited NCU and exchanged ideas.

          In the School of Physical Education and Education, the head of the college introduced the overall situation of Nanchang University and the general situation of the sports department. Later, the team members visited the export porcelain museum of Qing Dynasty, biological specimen museum and other places.

         It is reported that the "2018 Nanchang·World Famous School Rowing Invitational and Masters Competition" co-sponsored by the China Rowing Club Association and the Nanchang Municipal People’s Government was held on July 7 and July 8 in Qingshan Lake, Nanchang City. The competition attracted seven internationally renowned universities including Harvard University, Cambridge University and Oxford University, etc. as well as rowing teams from eight top universities in China, such as Peking University, Tsinghua University, NCU and so on.


        This visiting is one of the series of activities of the “Famous Schools Face to Face” event, which aims to promote communication and exchange between the participant universities.
