Consul (Culture and Education) of British Consulate-General in Guangzhou Visited NCU

In order to further promote the friendship and to enhance the educational cooperation and exchanges between China and Britain, Mr. Ralph Rogers, Consul (Culture and Education) of British Consulate-General in Guangzhou paid a visit to NCU. Deputy President Li Mingbao, on behalf of the school, attended the meeting.

The two parties exchanged options on the international development of the top discipline, teachers’ training and the deepening of friendly exchanges. Li Mingbao suggested that we were intended to introduce British high-quality educational resources, extend common ground and carry out high-level, practical and continues international cooperation in material science, food science and hygiene & health. Consul Ralph thinks highly of the outcome achieved in the educational cooperation between NCU and QMUL, Culture and Education department of British Consulate-General and British Council look forward to offer assistance and information to NCU in expanding the China-UK educational cooperation, English teaching method, employment of top talents, teachers’ training and other aspects.

Directors of Development Planning and Discipline Construction department, Human Resource department, Academic Affairs office, Graduate School, International Affairs department and other departments attended the meeting.
