NCU Listed Among the National Intellectual Property Information Service Centers

Recently, the Office of China National Intellectual Property Administration and the General Office of Ministry of Education have jointly issued the Notice on the Announcement of the Second Batch of Intellectual Property Information Service Centers of Universities. Nanchang University was listed among the newly- established National Intellectual Property Information Service Centers.

At the National Intellectual Property Public Service Seminar held by China National Intellectual Property Administration, 37 Information Service Centers including NCU received the licensing. So far, our university has established two science and research information platform and talent cultivation institutions at the national level, namely the Sci-tech Novelty Retrieval Station authorized by the Ministry of Education and the National Intellectual Property Information Service Center, which will play an important role in supporting our school's in-depth implementation of the national innovation-driven development strategy, enhancing our innovation capabilities and the construction of "Double First-Class" initiative.

A total of 60 universities in the first and second batches nationwide were selected as the National Intellectual Property Information Service Center of Universities. The University Intellectual Property Information Service Center, the establishment and operation of which are guided and supported by China National Intellectual Property Administration and Ministry of Education, is an institution established by a university to carry out intellectual property information services and talent training.
