NCU Ranking in the Forefront in the Ranking List of 2020 Students’ Competitions of National Regular Higher Institutions

• The Working Team of China Association of Higher Education for Higher Institution Competition Evaluation and Management System Research issued the ranking list of 2020 students’ competitions of national regular higher institutions on March 22 and NCU ranks in the forefront.

• NCU ranked in the 4th place in the ranking list of 2016-2020 students’ competitions of national local undergraduate institutions, the 11th place in the ranking list of 2016-2020 students’ competitions of national comprehensive undergraduate institutions, the 14th place in the ranking list of 2020 students’ competitions of national regular higher institutions (undergraduate), the 32nd place in the ranking list 2016-2020 students’ competitions of higher institutions under national “Double First Class” construction, the 34th place in the ranking of 2016-2020 students’ competitions of national regular higher institutions (undergraduate), and the 43rd place in the five-round overall list of students’ competitions of national regular higher institutions.

• The ranking list for this competition followed the principles of fairness, justice and openness, adhered to the working concepts of “quality-oriented prudent advancement”, and made the ranking according to relevant data in such three aspects as award-winning contribution, organization contribution and research contribution. Compared with the first four rounds, this year newly added “five-round overall list”, aiming at deeply knowing about the development tendency of students competitions of each higher institution. 1199 undergraduate institutions in China were included in 2016-2020 lists.
