NCU Winning Six Gold Prizes in 2018 “Entrepreneurship Competition” Jiangxi

Recently, 2018 “Entrepreneurship Competition” Jiangxi Final was completed in Jiangxi College of Applied Science and Technology. 21 works submitted by our university won the prizes, in which 6 ones won gold prizes, 5 items won national competition qualification, ranking in the first for group total score, and obtaining excellent individual organization prize.

   The Competition was jointly hosted by League Committee, Provincial Education Department, Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Provincial Association of Science and Technology and Provincial Students’ Union, consisting of such three parts as college students’ entrepreneurship plan competition, entrepreneurship practice challenge competition and entrepreneurship competition for public welfare, and works selection was comprised of two phases as provincial preliminary and final. Nearly 4000 students in our university, totaling 313 teams, participated in the competition, and nearly 1000 teachers offered guidance for the works. Our 21 teams competed with 327 teams from 74 higher institutions. National final in this November will be held inZhejiangUniversity.

   National “Challenge Cup” series competition was jointly hosted by the Central Committee of the Communist Young League, China Association for Science and Technology, Ministry of Education, All-China Students’ Federation and local government. Since the first competition in 1989, it has played a positive role in facilitating the growth of young innovative talents, deepening quality-oriented education of higher institutions and boosting the economic and social development, having brought favorable impact on higher institutions and the society, reputed as an “Olympic” event for contemporary college students’ sci-tech innovation. It has become a nation-wide competition with the most attention of college students at home. The achievements have been brought into domestic college evaluation indicator system by some organizations.

   Vice Chairman of Provincial Political Consultative Conference Lei Yuanjiang, Secretary of Party Leadership Group of League Committee and Secretary Ma Jian, Party Group Member of Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Vice Director Liu Keqi, Vice Chairman of Provincial Association of Science and Technology Liang Chunping, Deputy Secretary of League Committee Luo Hua and Chairman of Provincial Students’ Union Wu Qikai watched the works exhibition and attended the closing ceremony and the awarding ceremony.
