Recently, 3 English-taught courses presented by NCU, namely Green Economy from China's Stories, Introduction of New Structural Regional Economics, and Introduction to New Structure Resource and Environmental Economics , have been successfully selected by XuetangX, an international online education platform of Ministry of Education for colleges and universities, and launched on UMOOCs simultaneously.
These courses were designed and completed by the School of Economics and Management, aiming to help the construction of online international education platform, actively disseminate the theories and practice of Chinese political economics, and solidly promote the development of new liberal arts. The above courses being selected by the platform is a staged achievement on the way of developing NCU's majors of regional economics, which marks a new breakthrough in the online course construction and will provide a new growth point for NCU’s construction of new liberal arts as well as the cultivation of high-quality talents.
