NCUers Shine at the China International College Students' Innovation Competition 2025

On October 15, the finals of the China International College Students' Innovation Competition 2025 concluded successfully at Zhengzhou University. The NCU participants achieved impressive results, securing 1 gold, 7 silver, and 14 bronze prizes. Notably, in the International Project category of the Main Undergraduate Track, NCU earned 1 gold, 4 silver, and 8 bronze awards.

As China's premier innovation and entrepreneurship contest for college students, the China International College Students' Innovation Competition 2025 is jointly hosted by the Ministry of Education and nine other ministries and commissions, along with provincial governments nationwide. Centered on the theme of "fostering virtue through education and carrying forward the revolutionary tradition," it seeks to ignite creativity and passion among young innovators. This year's edition broke previous records, drawing 6.19 million projects and over 24.43 million participants from 5,673 institutions across 161 countries and regions.

Committed to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship, NCU has made talent development a strategic priority. Throughout the competition cycle, the university engaged 4,858 project teams and 10,391 students. The School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at NCU served as the coordinator, organizing workshops, project training camps, and one-on-one mentoring to provide comprehensive support and guidance for all NCU teams.
