The fourth episode of Innovation in China, titled "On People's Life and Health", is to be broadcast at 20:00 on August 29 on the Science and Education Channel of China Central Television (CCTV). As the sound of the times, the program records China’s path to a great power in science and technology and presents China’s technological self-reliance and self-strengthening. Guests of the program are Chen Yeguang, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and president of Nanchang University, Liu Guanghui, researcher of the Institute of Zoology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and member of academic division of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, and Dong Jiahong, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. They will tell the story of exploring the frontier of life science on people’s life and health from the fields of organoid research, human aging and precision surgery.
