Profile

Liu Yaobin, male, was born in September 1970 in Macheng, Hubei Province. He is a doctor, professor and doctoral supervisor. He is mainly engaged in the research of regional economy and ecological economy. He was selected as a Distinguished Professor of Chang Jiang Scholars Program launched by the Ministry of Education in 2012, a choice for National High-Level Talents and Special Talents Support Program, a choice for National Talents with the New Century Ten Million Talents Project in 2016, and a National Outstanding Professional and Technical Talent. He has led over 11 national research projects including the National Social Science Foundation and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has published 10 monographs and 152 papers on Journals like Annals of the Association of American Geographers, Energy Economics, China Industrial Economics, Acta Geographica Sinica.
