     Professor Lin Hongfei is now the Associate Professor of School of Chemical and Biological Engineering of Washington State University. He is a senior member of American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) and American Chemical Society (ACS), currently taking the position of Vice Chairman of Energy and Fuel Division of ACS, member of Overseas Editors Advisory Group of Energy Technology, an authoritative journal in the field of international energy, as well as the member of Editor Group of Advanced Composites and Hybrid Materials, a material magazine. He is a specially-invited fund review committee member of National Science Foundation, The United States Department of Energy, US-Israel Cooperation Fund, and Danish Council for Strategic Research, as well as the reviewer of several international authoritative journals and magazines. His research has been funded by US governmental agencies like NSF, USDA, DOT as well as industrial circles like GE Energy and other companies. His research achievements have been widely publicized by major news media in the US like Associated Press, USA Today, New York Times, Biomass Magazine, and so on.
