In the final, the individual and overall performance of Nanchang University came out on top among participating universities of Jiangxi Provinces. The competition not only demonstrated NCU students positive and undaunted spirit, but also tested the teaching quality of mathematics courses of the university.

The Chinese Mathematics Competitions (CMC), sponsored by China Mathematical Society, is a national high-level competition for undergraduates. The competition is held once a year since October 2009.
