The Noble Prize Winner Professor Barry Marshall and His Group Coming to The First Affiliated Hospital for Visit and Exchange

   1980s of the last century, Professor Barry Marshall and Professor Robin Warren found helicobacter pylori and its function in the attack of gastritis and gastric ulcer, were awarded the Noble Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 2005. Professor Marshall in the academic report, introduced the process of finding helicobacter pylori and its function in the attack of gastritis and gastric ulcer.    After the report, Marshall and his group visited Provincial Digestion Research Institute and Provincial Digestion Endoscope Center of the First Affiliated Hospital. Relevant responsible persons introduced the research work and achievements of the gastroenterology department of the First Affiliated Hospital in helicobacter pylori. Both parties carried out exchange, and also negotiation on cooperation in scientific research and talent cultivation in helicobacter pylori.Edited by Zhou Yuanyuan
