Yu Xiaoshe, male, of the Han nationality, was born in July 1963 in Gao’an, Jiangxi Province. He got master’s degree in the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), joined the CPC in 1985, and entered the workforce in July 1985.
