2018 International Conference on the Cooperation and Integration of Industry, Education,Research, and Application (Nanchang)

2018 International Conference on Cooperation in Industry, College and Institute (Nanchang) hosted by National Center for Schooling Development Programme under Ministry of Education, and undertaken by Jiangxi Provincial Education Department, Nanchang University and Nanchang Hangkong University was held in Qianhu Guesthouse Hotel on June 12. Gathering here were experts and scholars coming from higher institutions, enterprises and scientific institutes of China, Russia, Republic of Belarus, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and other countries, discussing the cooperation in industry, college and institute in terms of sci-tech innovation. Secretary of Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee, Provincial Governor Liu Qi and Vice Minister of Ministry of Education Liu Yao attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches, and Vice Governor of People’s Government of Jiangxi Province Sun Ju acted as a host.

Deputy Director of Information Division under Министерство образования и науки РФ МУРКОВА МАРИЯ ВЛАДИМИРОВНА, Vice President of Белорусский государственный технический университет БАХАНОВИЧ АЛЕКСАНДР and President Assistant of Ukraine Kharkiv University МАРКОВИЧ СЕРГЕЙ ЕВГЕНЬЕВИЧ of Aeronautics also made speeches, focused on respective advantageous fields, combined with the existing cooperation foundation with China and expressed full affirmation on the industry-college-institute cooperation mechanism and the strong desire for deepening cooperation in the future.

At the conference, Nanchang University signed cooperation agreement on scientific research with Russian Scientific Research Technology Center Co., Ltd., and signed three-party cooperation agreement with Russian Kilensky Institute of Physics and Jiangxi Ketai New Materials Co., Ltd. Nanchang Hangkong University signed cooperation agreements respectively with Belarusian National Technical University and Belarusian National University of Information and Radio Technology. The signing ceremony was hosted by Chen Feng, Director of National Center for Schooling Development Programme under Ministry of Education.

Three parallel sessions were established for the link of invited reports. The representatives of the institutions, scientific institutes and enterprises attending the conference made speeches and discussions in terms of advanced structural materials, advanced functional materials and aerospace engineering.

 This conference consists of Nanchang session and Harbin session. The conference in Nanchang was strongly guided by Ministry of Education and People’s Government of Jiangxi Province, aiming at fully implementing national educational action plan for “the Belt and Road”, deepening the frontier technology research and achievement exchange in the field of new materials and aerospace of the countries along the “Belt and Road”, deeply putting into practice the achievements from leaders of Ministry of Education visiting Russia, Republic of Belarus and Ukraine, jointly building academic exchange and sci-tech cooperation platform for the subjects of new materials and aerospace, boosting the exchange and cooperation among institutions, enterprises and scientific institutes of China, Russia, Republic of Belarus and Ukraine, forming a new pattern for international cooperation and exchange with positive interaction of industry, college and institute, practical efficiency and win-win cooperation.

Such people attended the conference as Member of Standing Committee of CPC Provincial Committee, the Secretary General of the Provincial Party Committee, Zhao Liping, Vice Governor Wu Xiaojun, President of Shanghai Jiao Tong University Academician Lin Zhongqin, President of Wuhan University of Technology Academician Zhang Qingjie, Vice President of Harbin Institute of Technology Academician Han Jiecai, Academician Zhang Wenhai of China Nerin Engineering Co., Ltd., and persons in charge of relevant departments of Ministry of Education and Jiangxi Province as well as relevant persons in charge of 39 higher institutions, 16 scientific institutes and 34 enterprises at home and abroad.
