It is learned that as early as 1985, the Second Affiliated Hospital had conducted the first knee arthroscopy operation in Jiangxi, since when initiating the arthroscopy technology in the field of sports medicine in Jiangxi. In 2011, Orthopedics Department was approved the first specialty of sports medicine by Department of Health of Jiangxi Province.
