From November 11 to 12, Director J.A.Gracia-Garza of Science and Technology Division of Agriculture-Agri-Food Canada Visiting Our University, Doctor Rong Cao of Guelph Food Research CentreAgriculture-Agri-Food Canada visited our university. President Zhou Chuangbing met visiting guests.
On November 11, ProfessorXieMingyong,director of our National Key Laboratory of Food Science and Technology accompanied J.A.Gracia-Garza and his group to visit China-Canada food science and technology united laboratory and our National Key Laboratory of Food Science and Technology, and listened to report on both parties’ many-years cooperation condition in food area. Gracia-Garzagave full confirmation on experiment condition, facility equipment, and operationconditionsof China-Canada united laboratory. Both parties carried out discussions on further cooperation on food science and technology in the future.
This visit is a high-level meeting in China-Canada food science and technologyafter high-level forum of China-Canadatechnology cooperation in May, and makes an important role in boosting both parties’ cooperation in agriculture and food.
