From May 16 to May 23, NCU was invited to attend the first session of Jiangxi overseas education exhibition in Russia jointly organized by Jiangxi Provincial Education Department and Jiangxi Provincial Foreign Affairs and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office. 12 higher institutions in Jiangxi attended the exhibition, and Yao Zengke, Chairman of Provincial CPPCC and Ye Baoling, Deputy Inspector of Jiangxi Provincial Education Department attended the opening ceremony of the exhibition.
During the period, the delegation of NCU went to Perm Krai and the capital of Republic of Bashkortostan—Ufa to attend the education exhibition.Presidents of more than 20 higher institutions in Perm Krai and Ufa came to attend the opening ceremony and round-table conference. We have made deep discussion with representatives of more than 10 institutions and conducted exchange in terms of the projects of cooperative school running, teachers’ exchange, students’ exchange and scientific research cooperation. Meanwhile, our delegation introduced development history, school running features, advantageous subjects and international students’ education to more than 800 students in more than 20 higher institutions and high schools in Russia, distributed propaganda materials to the consulting students and parents, having attracted the attention from students and parents and expanded our overseas influence.
Our delegation visited several cooperative institutions, signed framework cooperative agreements with Perm University of Agricultural Technology, and Bashkir National Agricultural University, signed agreement with Perm National University on co-building Chinese research center, and reached cooperation intention with institutions like Perm National Medical College, Perm Arts College, Bashkir University of Petroleum Technology.
