See Life Force - Biomedical Imaging as a Frontier Technology and Its Exploration and Application
Lecturer: Cheng Heping
Cheng Heping, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, professor of College of Future Technology of Peking University, director of National Biomedical Imaging Center of Peking University, and chief scientist of China Multimodality and Trans-scale Biomedical Imaging Facility, has published more than 200 papers, including more than ten papers in Science, Nature and Cell, with a total of more than 23,000 citations.
Professor Cheng is mainly engaged in the research of calcium signal and mitochondrial biomedical field, as well as the independent innovation and production of high-end biomedical instruments. His awards include the Research Achievement Award by International Society of Cardiology in 2016, the 2021 Guohua Outstanding Scholar Award of Peking University and the Shizhang Bei Award in 2023. His research results were selected as one of the Top Ten Progress in Chinese Science in 2017 and the“2018 Method of the Year”by Nature Methods.
