Introduction of the Reporter:
Wang Hongtu, was born in Shanghai and obtained Master of Arts and PhD in Fudan University and Indiana University. Now he is a professor of Chinese Department of Fudan University, known as doctoral advisor and famous writer. He was a visiting teacher at Kyoto University of Foreign Studies and Chinese President of Confucius Institute in University Hamburg. He has long been engaged in research and creation of comparative literature and modern Chinese literature who created long novels Sweetheart, Who Knocked the Wrong Door, Flower of One’s Youth, Farewell, Germania and Solemn and Quiet Fate, medium-length novels and short stories Rose Wedding and Gloomy Sunday, literature research monographs Urban Narrative and Desire Writing and essays of criticism Happy with Optional Paint, Be Observant and Alert, Neon in Deep Valley and Cross East and West and Urban Writing and translated J Hillis Miller’s Fiction and Repetition.
