Academician He You, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE). He earned his Ph.D. in Communication and Information Systems from Tsinghua University in 1997 and pursued advanced research studies in Germany. He served as a delegate to the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Member of the 12th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, and recipient of the National Outstanding Teacher honor. He has successively held concurrent positions as a Fellow ofCAAI/CIE/CCF/CAA/CIC/CSF/CICC/CSIG/IET, Member of the Academic Degrees Evaluation Group of the State Council; Member of the Evaluation Committee for the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars; Advisory Expert, Department of Information Sciences, National Natural Science Foundation of China; Vice‑Chairman & Director‑General of Intelligent Fusion Committee, Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence; Honorary Vice‑Chairman & Chair of Information Fusion Branch, Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics; Supervisor‑General, Chinese Institute of Command and Control. Academician He You’s primary research focuses on Artificial Intelligence and Information Fusion. As the lead contributor, he has won 4 Second‑Class National Science and Technology Progress Awards, 1 First‑Class and 1 Second‑Class National Teaching Achievement Award, and 11 Provincial‑Ministerial First‑Class Awards. He holds more than 60 Chinese invention patents and software copyrights. He is a winner of the National Top‑100 Excellent Doctoral Dissertations Award. He has published over 260 key papers (including numerous IEEE Transactions articles), authored 7 monographs as first author, with over 40 000 citations to his publications. He has been enrolled in the National Hundred‑Thousand‑Ten‑Thousand Talents Program. His major honors also include:Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress, Qiushi Engineering Award, National Award for Outstanding Returned Overseas Scholars, Shandong Provincial Supreme Science and Technology Award.
